All information and personal data requested will be for use by the unibuto.pt online store, owned by BAREBOUND, in processing your order, use in marketing campaigns, prizes or newsletters, in order to provide a better service to the Customer.

BAREBOUND, within the scope of its activities, processes personal data necessary for the provision of services and/or supply of products.

Once collected, personal data will be processed and stored in computerized and automated or non-automated form, ensuring in all cases strict compliance with personal data protection legislation, being stored in specific databases created for this purpose and intended to be used in pre-contractual and contractual relations established with its Clients or potential Clients, within the scope of the products and services provided.

Your personal data will be disclosed to natural or legal persons for:

The barebound.pt store may have access to third parties' personal data that is disclosed by Users of this site, for example, when a User purchases a product to be sent to a friend, when the User paying for the product is different from the recipient of said product, or when a User wishes to recommend to a friend a service provided on this site or the purchase of a specific product published in the online store.

In all cases where information is disclosed to third parties, our Customers will be duly informed of this Privacy Policy in order to obtain their consent before providing any personal data. The User will be solely responsible for the disclosure of information and data to third parties, as well as any other illegal and incompatible use of such data, if they have not given their consent.

The Customer has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given, and the right to ask BAREBOUND for access to the Personal Data concerning them, as well as their rectification or deletion and the limitation of the processing insofar as it concerns the Customer, or the right to oppose the processing, as well as the portability of the data.

Rights of personal data subjects

BAREBOUND guarantees its Clients the exercise of their rights to access, rectify, oppose, erase and limit the processing of their data.

At any time, the data subject may:

 - Request access to information - the holder of personal data has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data concerning them is being processed and, where appropriate, to access their personal data and access the information provided for by law.

 - Request rectification of information if it is inaccurate or incomplete - the holder of personal data has the right to have BAREBOUND rectify inaccurate or incomplete data concerning them without undue delay.


 - Request the erasure of your personal data - the data subject has the right to request BAREBOUND to erase their data without undue delay, and BAREBOUND has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay when one of the following reasons applies:
                1. The personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed;

                 2. You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests justifying the processing;


                 3. The Client/User has withdrawn his/her consent to the processing of data (in cases where processing is based on consent) and there is no other basis for such withdrawal.

 - Request the limitation of the processing of your personal data - the holder of the personal data has the right to request BAREBOUND to limit the processing of their data if one of the following situations applies:

                   1. Challenge the accuracy of personal data for a period that allows BAREBOUND to verify its accuracy;


                    2. The data processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests, in return, the limitation of its use;


                      3. BAREBOUND no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but such data is required by the data subject for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings;


                       4. The data subject has objected to the processing, until it is established that the legitimate grounds of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.

     - Object to the processing of your personal data - the data subject, 1) in cases where the processing of data is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by BAREBOUND; or 2) the processing of data is carried out for the purposes of direct marketing; or 3) profiling; may also object to the processing of their data at any time.


     - If the processing depends on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it - if consent is legally required for the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, although this right does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given or the subsequent processing of the same data based on another legal basis, such as compliance with the contract or legal obligation to which BAREBOUND is subject.

    Customers also have the right to complain to the National Data Protection Commission.

    Data retention:

    Your personal data is only kept for the period necessary to provide the service or to comply with legal obligations.

    Traffic data may be kept until the period during which the invoice can be legally challenged or the payment claimed, or for the periods legally defined for the purposes of investigation and legal proceedings of a criminal nature.

    Subcontractors:

    BAREBOUND, in the pursuit of its activity, may use third parties - Subcontractors - to provide certain services, which may imply access by these third parties to the personal data of the data subjects.
