HOW TO ORDER?
Browse products in our collection and select your desired item. Choose your size and go to checkout. Enter your shipping information and then the payment information. Review your order and place the order. You will receive an order confirmation through email.
HOW DO I PICK THE RIGHT SIZE?
Please follow the instructions of our size chart.
IF A PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN STOCK, WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?
At BAREBOUND, we offer a selection of products and our stock is updated regularly. If the item you wish to purchase is not available, we suggest you contact us at hello@barebound.pt.
CAN I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION WHEN THE PRODUCT BECOMES AVAILABLE AGAIN?
If the item you are looking for is not available for purchase, you can always sign up for our waiting list to receive a notification when it becomes available again.
HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED CORRECTLY?
Your order is confirmed as soon as you receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information. You will receive a second email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you need to change your current order, please contact us via e-mail at hello@barebound.pt. The subject of your e-mail should be: “Change in the order number…”. However, be ware that once your order has entered the shipping process, no further changes can be made to your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us via e-mail at hello@barebound.pt. The subject of this e-mail should be: “Cancellation of the order number….”. However, any cancellation can only be made before your order is shipped so please contact us ASAP.
I SENT AN EMAIL AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REPLY. WHY NOT?
BAREBOUND is based in Portugal and our opening hours are: Monday to Friday (10:00am to 1:00pm and 2:30pm to 7:00pm), Saturdays (9:30am to 1:00pm) GMT. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours of receiving them, so please wait. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING:
WHICH COUNTRIES DOES BAREBOUND.PT SHIP TO?
Our online store ships internationally. You can find the list of available locations in the “Country” menu at checkout. Please contact our Customer Support team at hello@barebound.pt if you have any further questions.
WHAT DELIVERY SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?
We can deliver your order to your personal mailing address (a signature is required to receive the order). You can also pick up your order at a UPS access point. Our international carrier is UPS, and in mainland Portugal and mainland Spain, it is CTT Express.
HOW SHIPPING WORKS?
Your order will be processed on the same day and shipped within 48 hours. In the case of a pre-order item, the estimated delivery time is as stated on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can track your order at any time on the carrier's website using the tracking number you received. Please do not hesitate to contact the carrier or our Customer Service if you have any further questions.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We notify our customers when their order is shipped, providing a tracking link.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES?
If you are ordering from outside of the EU you may have to pay import tax and duty charges. You may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country.
*NOTE: BAREBOUND are not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by us in any way.
Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We suggest you file a complaint with the carrier and contact our Customer Service at hello@barebound.pt. Please note that any complaint regarding delivery must be filed within 14 business days* from the date of delivery.
* After this period, it will not be possible to file a complaint about lost orders.
RETURNS:
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For any concern please contact us at hello@barebound.pt.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition (used, damaged, etc.). The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
DID YOU RECEIVE THE ORDER I RETURNED?
We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank's policy. Keep the tracking number for your return so you can track the returned order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
BAREBOUND (barebound.pt) accepts the following payment methods: credit or debit card (Visa, Maestro and MasterCard). Payment via apps: Paypal, Apple pay (mobile), MBWay and Klarna. Payment security is guaranteed by the partners responsible for managing the financial transaction.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?
You should receive the invoice at the email address you used to place your order.
IS THERE ANY ISSUE WITH THE ORDER PAYMENT?
If you have any problem while paying for your order, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail at hello@barebound.pt.
In case of failed payments via our payment gateway, please do not make a new order. Simply send us an email with the details of the product that you were trying to order and we will do our best to complete your order.
CARE TIPS:
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE SHOES?
Do not wash your clogs in the washing machine or use the dryer. Do not use bleach either. We recommend washing your shoes with a damp cloth and natural soap.
If your shoes get wet from rain, sweat, or other factors, make sure they dry completely before storing them in a dry place. You can also consult our shoes cleaning guide.
