Exchanges, Returns and Refunds:
Exchanges: We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns: We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The returned item must be shipped back within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery.
If we do not receive shipping confirmation within this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange or decline the delivery.
What are the return or exchange costs?
The customer has 14 days to return/exchange an order.
We organize the pickup and send you the shipping label. All you need to do is drop off the pair at a UPS/CTT collection point and we will take care of the rest (the cost of collection is paid by the customer). In the case of an exchange, the customer pays the collection fee and the new pair will be shipped free of charge. In the case of a return, we will refund the full amount of the product minus the cost of collection.

Returns of more than two pairs: For returns involving more than two pairs, an additional fee of €5.00 will apply for each extra pair, on top of the standard return fee listed above.
**NOTE: Uncollected Parcels**
Orders returned to us because they were not collected from the designated pickup point within the carrier’s collection period are subject to a €30 uncollected parcel fee.
This fee covers the costs associated with the return transportation, carrier processing, warehouse receiving and handling, and administrative processing required as a result of the uncollected shipment.
The €30 fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
International Shipping:
International Orders and Duties: If you are ordering from outside of the EU you may have to pay import tax and duty charges.
You may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country.
*NOTE: BAREBOUND are not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by us in any way.
UK Orders: Duties, Taxes and Returns
All prices shown for UK orders include duties and taxes. You pay the price you see at checkout, with no extra charges on delivery.
Your invoices
Each UK order comes with two invoices: one for the products, and one for shipping and import charges (import VAT and customs clearance, where applicable).
Returns and refunds
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the full amount of the products invoiced.
Import VAT and customs clearance charges shown on the shipping and import charges invoice are paid by BAREBOUND to UK customs and our courier partner when your order is delivered. Once paid, they cannot be recovered and are therefore non-refundable.
Import charges only apply to orders with a total product value above £135. For orders up to £135, no import charges apply.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

US Orders: Duties, Taxes and Returns
All prices shown for US orders include import duties, taxes and customs fees. You pay the price you see at checkout, with no extra charges on delivery.

Switzerland Orders: Duties, Taxes and Returns
All prices shown for Swiss orders include import VAT and customs clearance fees. You pay the price you see at checkout, with no extra charges on delivery.

Shipping costs and import charges shown on the shipping and import charges invoice are paid by BAREBOUND to Swiss customs authorities and our courier partner when your order is delivered. Once paid, these charges are non-refundable by BAREBOUND.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
